Located on the second floor of the historic Barclay Building at 3619 Broadway Boulevard Suite 12, Kansas City, MO 64111 , across the street from the Uptown Theater and above the Pho Tower restaurant. Free parking is available for one hour streetside on Broadway Boulevard (look for 1 hour parking signs) or in the free parking lot shared with the T Mobile store building. At the 3619 Broadway entrance door, use the code 2496 to unlock the main door. Proceed up the entryway stairs and Suite 12 will be the first door on the right. Take a seat in the waiting area inside of Suite 12, and I will be out to greet you at your appointment time!
